Vibe TV Setup on Mac
Set up your Vibe TV over WiFi. USB-C is only used for power.
What you need
- Your Vibe TV
- A USB-C power cable or power adapter
- A Mac with internet access
- Your home WiFi password
Setup

Plug in your Vibe TV.
Connect it to power. You do not need to connect it to your Mac. -
Connect to the setup WiFi.
Open WiFi settings on your Mac or iPhone and connect toVibeTV-Setup. -
Open the setup page.
The setup page should open automatically. If it does not, openhttp://vibetv.local. If that does not work, use the fallback IP shown on the Vibe TV screen. -
Connect Vibe TV to your home WiFi.
Select your home WiFi, enter the password, and save. Vibe TV restarts and joins your WiFi. -
Install the Mac app.
After Vibe TV is connected to your WiFi, openhttp://vibetv.local. Click the copy button for the Mac setup command, paste it into Terminal, and press Enter. -
Done.
Vibe TV should show the Mini theme automatically once the Mac app is running.
What success looks like
- Vibe TV shows the Mini theme.
- Your usage numbers update automatically.
- You do not need USB after setup.
If something does not work
- If
vibetv.localdoes not open, use the fallback IP shown on the Vibe TV screen. - If Vibe TV says it is waiting for the Mac app, open
http://vibetv.localand run the Mac setup command again. - If the setup WiFi does not appear, unplug Vibe TV, plug it back in, and wait for the setup screen.
- This setup flow is currently for macOS only.
Important: Do not flash firmware manually during normal customer setup. Your Vibe TV is already prepared before shipping.
